Pauline qualified in 1985 from the Royal Free Hospital. She worked from 1992 to 1996 for Christian Outreach, a non-governmental organisation (NGO) in a health programme in a refugee camp in Northern Sudan, working mostly with Eritrean and Ethiopian refugees - partly medical work and partly programme management. On return to the UK, Pauline did a retainer scheme and then locums in GP before starting as a partner at Minster Health in April 1998. Pauline undertakes much of the gynaecology workload in the practice and is involved in the NSF mental health work within the practice. In the future, Pauline would like to be involved in travel medicine and the possibility of doing some work with ethnic minorities in our community. Pauline has two children.
